L'Ecarlate's artificial neural networks

L'Ecarlate (Festival Agora, IRCAM 2001, Paris)

Choreography : Myriam Gourfink

Music : Kasper T. Toeplitz

Neural Networks : Frederic Voisin

This is one of the multilayered perceptrons a la Elman-Jordan used to play the sinusoids part played live by the computer and the percussions (Didier Casamidjana).

The input stimuli are coming from the output of an auto-associative neural network analysing the perfomance of the dancers on stage (Carole Garriga, Bogdana Roundouyeva).

Some input neurones are coming from the 3rd hidden layred to encode time features.
